Giardinetto Hotel - Pettenasco

Great hotel with free parking, wi-fi, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff even helped me print some documents during my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. I'm coming back for xmas!

Overall had really enjoyable stay for my Sisters wedding. The location was excellent to a nearby island. Besides, it was so close to the lakeside, Malpensa airport, and the lake in the restaurant.

The dining and breakfast terraces hover a few metres above water level with a magnificent panorama view over Lake Orta. Dining and breakfast buffet are good. Fast WLAN Internet access. Free parking.

Some guest reviews complain about the noise from the nearby road, but with the windows closed, this was not a problem even though I am very noise sensitive.

The lake views from the room were really good, especially during sunset.

The breakfast selection was quite limited, lacking hot dishes and eggs when we arrived.

Delightful views from the Lake View rooms. Don't book the ordinary rooms, you will miss the whole point of the hotel's lake edge position, and get the view of, and noise from, the main road at the rear. There is a very pleasant but steep walk up the hill at the back of the hotel (Monte Crabbia, free map from the hotel), and breathtaking views from the top. Good food and friendly staff. Highly recommended and very good value.

The lakeside pool with fine views was relaxing.

The room felt cramped, especially during bad weather. I struggled with a musty mattress smell that lingered throughout my stay. Even worse, breakfast was lackluster and disappointing, not living up to expectations at all.

this hotel had good reviews and it did not fail to deliver. The staff couldn't do enough for us, especially when we were delayed from the airport and arrived after midnight, the official closing time of reception. they not only stayed on until our arrival at 00.30 a.m. but offered to prepare us a supper of delicious hams, cheeses, bread and drinks for a midnight feast in our room. We insisted they added any cost to our bill but it was a life-saver. the hotel was ideally placed for access to the medieval town of Orta San Guillio, other towns on lake Orta and a half hour drive to Stresa on Lake Maggiore. Visitors would need a car as we did not see any public transport. We would certainly return here again!!

The setting is idyllic and the hotel very comfortable and spacious. The food is quite exceptional and the staff are all multi-lingual and attentive. The area lends itself to sightseeing while being itself quiet and peaceful.

We had some reservations about safety in the bath.

The place is sweet as with fine lake views, but the breakfast could do with more options, and the dinner left a bit to be desired. Still, the staff were choice!

Very friendly staff, beautiful location overlooking the lake with views on the mountains. Need to book a lakeside room. Real Italien atmosphere. Staff speaks english, french and italien. Super hotel to relax without the children. Speedboot hire and watertaxi over the lake at the hotel. Super!
